Native American Fishing Game

This online fishing game takes place on the Columbia River in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. You play the role of the native American girl Kaya'aton'my of the Nez Perce tribe in the 18th century who has to catch fish from the river to feed the local wildlife. In 1805 the Nez Perce were the largest tribe on the Columbia River Plateau, with a population of about 12,000 living in territory covering some 69,000 km2 however by the 2010 census their population had dwindled to just 3,499 despite being recognised under federal law with their own reservation.
